Working towards being Investable
In todays Workshop, we are going to be talking on the above mentioned. And the reason behind that, that is directly linked to the reason why over 60% of black businesses fail (i.e finance), and or access to finance (i.e Capital to start the business). The leading Reasons to not be Investable to overseas Investors (VCs) being due to the following: (1). High Inflation rates, (2). High Interests on loans, (3). Low currency Values. (4). High Coup de-tat (Political Instabilities), amongst other the most prominent reasons. Which makes sense, and unless the above could be somehow changed, then we (as black businesses) will never recieve foreign confidence and funding, no matter how good the idea could be is what we should think on this week. Is what needs change, for things to better, but "who are these VC's)" one would ask, please move to the next blog where we discuss forms of financing available, as we close this one for now ..
